Congregation B'nai Torah Olympia
The Only Conservative Kehilla in South Puget Sound
About Us
Congregation B’nai Torah is a traditional, egalitarian Conservative congregation. We are a very small, “heimische” group, and we welcome all visitors.
Our services are led in Hebrew and English. We do a full repetition for the Shaharit Amidah and a “Hoikhe Kedusha” for Musaf.
We use the Conservative Movement Triennial Torah reading schedule.
Our prayer book is the new, dark blue “Sim Shalom for Shabbat and Festivals”, by the Rabbinical Assembly and the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism.
We use the red Humash “Etz Hayim”, by the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and the Jewish Publication Society.
Currently, due to Covid-19, there are no services.
When we can safely due so, we plan to resume having Shabbat services the Second and Fourth Shabbatot (Saturday) of the month at 9:30 am.
For information about our services, please refer to our Calendar, Schedule of Services and About our Services pages.
